Ingredients (for
4 plates)
800 g. of little Broad Beans,
2 large Onions, 1 White Wine cup, Salt,
Pepper, Fresh Mint, 150 g. of Jabugo Ham.
How to prepare it
Chop the onions into small pieces and cook
them for 15 minutes on a low flame. Once it
gets soft and well done, add the ham fits
and the broad beans and stir.
Finally, add the wine, some
fresh mint leafs and salt and pepper at
will. Stir and serve. |
